Whether you’re exploring a new hobby or starting your nail journey, you’ll leave confident, skilled, and ready to create stunning gel nails.

This course is fully accredited by ABT so you can gain insurance to work on real clients straight away.

Once you have completed and passed this course you will be able to offer gel polish manicures to your clients.

You must be 18 years + to complete this course.

This course is a full day (up to 6 hours) and includes everything you need to learn including the following:

• Sterilisation and salon hygiene
• Contra-indications
• Equipment
• Basic manicure
• Nail prep
• Gel polish application and removal
• Aftercare and advices
• Basic business understanding

What to expect on the day:

The day will start with an introduction and theory followed by an assessment on your knowledge. We will break for lunch, then the afternoon will include demonstrations and practical training. You will work on models or other course attendee's.  You will then be required to complete 2 case studies at home to complete your training.

What you will need?

All equipment is provided on the day, you will be able to purchase a kit in advance prior to your course start date. You can then use this to carry out treatments after your course on your clients. You will also need to bring a model to perform treatments on, If you cannot get a model, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can help you find one.

What's included?

The course includes a paper a4 work manual, notepad and pen. We provide hot and cold beverages however lunch is not included. The use of our academy equipment is included on the day. Your kit is NOT included to keep and can be purchased separately. The is opportunity to purchase additional colours and products on the day.
